Frequently asked questions
Can I apply without any documents?
Yes — applying on CredGold needs only your name, mobile number, city and approximate gold weight. Documents are checked at the branch.
Is Aadhaar mandatory?
No. Any officially valid document such as a passport, voter ID or driving licence also works as identity and address proof.
What if my address on Aadhaar is old?
Bring another valid address proof with your current address, or ask our advisor what the lender will accept.
Can someone else take a gold loan on my behalf?
No. The borrower must complete KYC in person at the branch, and the gold must belong to the borrower.
